Where do I start? Several weeks ago Zack alerted us that we had sewage backup under our home. If you’ve never gone thru this, it’s a huge job! From the excavation to the pipe replacement, everyone has been extremely professional and so sweet 😊Zack,Dylan and Gregg are such hard workers and so kind. Everyone there has always taken the time to answer any questions. They also put in our hot water heater, kitchen faucet and unclogged our bathtub. Honestly, if I could give y’all more stars I would. We bought an older home in Greenville that had some plumbing issues that we knew about when we bought. I decided to get started on fixing them so I called Patterson out for a quote. It was in the ballpark and he could start the next day. When Josh And Greg showed in the morning and started digging it was all over. This was a house that was flipped and remodeled but the plumbing was a mess from the water to the waste and vent. To make a long story short Patterson gave me a quote to repipe it fix the waste and vent and replaced the old water heater that was to be new to start with along with putting in and RO system for the wife. So now I do not need to worry about the plumbing on this house with there 2 year warranty on labor and materials. Patterson will be my go to guy every time from here on out. Job well done and done right Thanks
